The ELTHIRAL Haircare Guide

Your haircare routine should support the hair you choose to wear — and the hair that’s always yours.

The ELTHIRAL Haircare System was created as a simple three-step routine to cleanse, condition and restore. Whether you’re caring for your natural hair, processed hair or your human hair wigs, each product has a distinct role in maintaining softness, moisture and manageability.

Cleanse. Condition. Restore.

Step 1 — Cleanse

Nourish & Restore Shampoo

Start with a clean foundation.

The ELTHIRAL Nourish & Restore Shampoo gently cleanses the hair and scalp, helping remove product buildup, excess oils and impurities while supporting softness and moisture.

Formulated with ingredients including Panthenol, Glycerin, Silk Amino Acids, L-Arginine, Jojoba Oil and Grape Seed Oil, it cleanses while preparing the hair for the conditioning steps that follow.

How to use

Wet the hair thoroughly and apply shampoo to the scalp and hair.

Massage gently, allowing the lather to move through the lengths of the hair without excessive rubbing or tangling.

Rinse thoroughly.

Repeat where necessary, particularly when there is significant product buildup.

Step 2 — Condition

Moisture Veil Conditioner

After cleansing, give moisture back.

The ELTHIRAL Moisture Veil Conditioner helps soften, smooth and detangle the hair while replenishing moisture lost during washing.

Its formula includes Silk Amino Acids, Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol, Baobab Oil, Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, Grape Seed Oil and Jojoba Oil to support softer, smoother and more manageable hair.

How to use

Apply to clean, damp hair, concentrating through the lengths and ends.

Distribute evenly and gently detangle, working from the ends upward.

Allow the conditioner to sit for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Step 3 — Restore

Restorative Repair Hair Treatment

For the days your hair needs more.

The ELTHIRAL Restorative Repair Hair Treatment provides a more intensive conditioning step for both the hair and scalp.

With Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Silk Amino Acids, Panthenol, Centella Asiatica, Argan Oil, Baobab Oil and Sunflower Oil, it helps support moisture, softness, manageability and stronger-feeling hair while caring for the scalp beneath it.

How to use

After cleansing, apply the treatment to damp hair, distributing it through the lengths and ends.

For your natural hair, the treatment can also be applied to the scalp where additional care is needed.

Allow the treatment time to work before rinsing thoroughly.

Use when your hair needs additional conditioning and restorative care rather than feeling that it needs to be used during every wash.

Caring for Your Natural Hair

Your routine does not need to be complicated.

For a standard wash day:

Nourish & Restore Shampoo → Moisture Veil Conditioner → Style

When your hair needs additional restorative care:

Nourish & Restore Shampoo → Restorative Repair Hair Treatment → Style

You can also use the Moisture Veil Conditioner before your treatment when your hair needs additional detangling and conditioning.

If your hair is processed, frequently heat-styled or prone to dryness, pay particular attention to the lengths and ends, where signs of dryness and damage tend to be most noticeable.

Caring for Your ELTHIRAL Wig

Your wig deserves its own routine too.

Human hair wigs can accumulate oils, styling products and environmental buildup over time. Washing them periodically helps maintain their softness, movement and appearance.

Before washing

Gently detangle the wig, beginning at the ends and gradually working upward.

Avoid aggressive brushing or pulling through knots.

Washing

Hold the hair in the direction it naturally falls and wet with lukewarm water.

Apply a small amount of Nourish & Restore Shampoo and gently work it through the hair.

Avoid vigorous rubbing, twisting or bunching the hair together.

Rinse thoroughly.

Conditioning

Apply the Moisture Veil Conditioner primarily through the mid-lengths and ends.

Avoid heavily coating the lace, knots or base of the wig with conditioner, as excessive product in these areas may affect the construction of the unit over time.

Gently detangle and rinse thoroughly.

Treatment

When the hair needs more intensive conditioning, apply the Restorative Repair Hair Treatment through the lengths and ends.

For wigs, there is no need to apply the treatment to the lace or wig base.

Rinse thoroughly after treatment.

Drying

Gently press excess water from the hair rather than twisting or wringing it.

Allow the wig to air-dry where possible.

Once completely dry, style as desired.

Heat Styling

All human hair can be affected by excessive heat — including your wig.

Before using straighteners, curling tools or other heated styling tools:

  • Make sure the hair is completely dry.
  • Apply a suitable heat protectant.
  • Use the lowest effective temperature for the style you are creating.
  • Avoid repeatedly passing heat over the same section.

Occasional heat styling combined with good care will help maintain the appearance and feel of your hair for longer.

How Often Should You Wash?

There is no single wash schedule that works for everyone.

Your routine should depend on your hair, lifestyle and the amount of product being used.

Natural and processed hair: Wash according to your scalp, hair needs and usual routine.

Human hair wigs: Wash when there is noticeable product buildup, loss of movement, excess oil or when the hair simply feels like it needs refreshing. Unlike your natural hair, a wig does not need to be washed simply because a certain number of days have passed.

Overwashing can be just as unnecessary as under-washing.

A Few Things We Want You to Remember

Be gentle when detangling.

Keep your hair moisturised without overloading it with product.

Always protect the hair before heat styling.

Pay attention to what your hair is telling you rather than following a routine simply because it works for someone else.

And remember that healthy haircare isn't about forcing your hair to become something it isn't.

It's about caring for what you have.

The hair you choose to wear — and the hair that's always yours.

True to Self.
